Our bodies are the most incredible gift we have been given. If treated right, they will take us through life and help us achieve anything our hearts desire.

The decision to work on myself, came back in 2012; I had gone through a phase in my life, as most of us do, where I was eating and drinking what I wanted, not caring what was consumed, or in what quantities. 

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I regret that period in my life, because I don't. I was happy and I was living my life; it was amazing! But I got to a point where I noticed that it was affecting me in a not so positive way anymore. I was unhappy and thinking back on it now... a little depressed...
